Here are rules of the house

  • Primary guest must be over 25 years old. Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.
  • Third party bookings are not permitted.
  • All guests will need to provide copies of ID at Check in
  • Do not park on the lawn or other undesignated spaces. Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements.
  • No smoking inside the house. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided in the backyard of the property. 
  • No parties or events allowed.
  • No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. Additional guests will incur a fee of USD55 per guest per night.
  • Quiet time after 11 p.m Please respect the noise curfew as this is a residential area.
  • No pets allowed.
  •  Please make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and the gas cooker when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door. 
  • Report any damages and/or breakages before you checkout. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests.
  • Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. 
  • Respect check-in and check-out times. 
  • Take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of USD5O
  • Please take care of the furnishings as you will have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit or be asked to replace it.
  • Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
  • No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
  • While linens and bath towels are included in the unit. We do not permit white towels or linens to be taken from the unit.  Please do not hang towels and or any other items on balcony railing.
  • COVID Policy:  We highly recommend travel insurance as refunds are not given if you cannot travel due to being diagnosed with COVID-19. You may not enter our property if you or anyone traveling with you: has had a fever in the last 7 days, have recently been diagnosed with or are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, if you’ve recently had close contact with someone who has COVID-19.
  • 15%  refundable security deposit. Security deposit: Guests will be provided with an inventory on check in. Please ensure that any damages / missing items are reported as soon as possible. As long as no property damage occurs during your stay we will initiate the release of your security deposit within 72 hours after you check out. Your bank may take 3 -12 business days to process the release of funds.
  • Security: Guests will be given a panic button to use for the duration of thier stay. When triggered armed responders will be summoned. Any costs resulting from false alarms will be charged back to the guest. Lost panic buttons will result in a $100 US replacement fee
  • Cancellation policy – If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the rental fee will be refunded as follows: 
  • 100 % if cancelled 30 days prior to the Check-in Date 
  • 50 % if cancelled 15-29 days prior to the Check-in Date
  • NO Refund if cancelled 0-14 days prior to the Check-in Date
  • The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
  • A housekeeper will clean the property daily Monday to Friday between 10am and 1pm.
  • A live in gardener / caretaker will be onsite Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm,
